Your safety, our priority.

Dear friends,

We hope that you are all well and you are handling this particularly difficult period as well as possible. With 2020/2021 winter season coming, our main objective is to protect all of you, to make your heliskiing experience in the Val d’Aran continue being as unique and exceptional as always and to take home memories that release you from the reality we are living today. It is for all this that we are going to face COVID-19 and, this winter, we will continue guiding you and sharing the joy of skiing and riding powder, tasting excellent food in remote places and laughing and telling adventures as we have been doing until now.
Due to COVID-19 and to try to enjoy safely, we have decided to establish a new strategy to adapt to this situation and take the necessary measures to offer our heliski activity this winter respecting the safety and hygiene protocols.
On the other hand, we have adapted our refund policy so that you do not take any risk by booking your stay in advance. It has been modified for those cases in which they are affected by COVID-19. When the reasons are unrelated to the global pandemic, we will maintain the refund policy that has been in place until now.
As the measures change at the same time as we are adapting to this new situation, we inform you that some of the decisions may be modified depending on how the season progresses. All of them will be properly communicated.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
See you soon!
Pyrenees Heliski Team

Our strategy for this winter:

  • Respect the prevention protocols stipulated by Civil Aviation.
  • Increase, improve hygiene protocols and organize common areas to be able to respect social distance in our base.
  • Organize the common areas of our base to be able to respect social distances.
  • Mandatory use of masks when social distancing is not possible on the terrain an at the base.

Why choose Val d ‘Aran this winter?

  • Heliskiing is an outdoor activity, surrounded by nature, so it is considered a safe activity.
  • We host a maximum of 16 people per day and we ski in small groups of 4 people. In addition, we recommend our “Private Programs”, where you can enjoy a helicopter reserved only and exclusively for your group.
  • Our base is located in a mountain village in an area almost not affected by the pandemic, the Val d’Aran.

  • Mobility between communities is not allowed
  • Civil Aviation does not allow heliskiing.
  • Borders are closed and the access is from abroad.
  • In case of QUARANTINE restrictions due to COVID-19, a medical report will be requested verifying the impossibility of displacement.
